1.1 — Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on bde9 or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to all of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

1.2 — Age Requirement

All services on bde9 are available to users aged 21 and above only. By registering an account, you declare that you are at least 21 years old. bde9 may request proof of age at any time. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately, and any deposited funds will not be refunded.

1.3 — Nature of Service

bde9 is an online betting and casino entertainment platform. The services offered include sports betting, live casino, slot games, bingo, and other online gaming experiences. The platform ensures fair play in a secure and reliable environment.

2.1 — Registration Requirements

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each individual may hold only one account.
• The account is strictly personal and may not be shared with anyone else.
• Operating an account on behalf of or in the name of a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 — Login Security

Keep your bde9 Login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized activity on your account. bde9 will not be held responsible if account credentials are compromised or hacked, unless the user notifies us in a timely manner.

2.3 — Identity Verification

bde9 may request a government-issued ID or other documents for identity verification at any time. Some or all account functions may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. If false information is provided, the account will be closed.

2.4 — Account Closure & Suspension

bde9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Attempting to use the platform for unlawful purposes.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or collusion.

3.1 — Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits will only be accepted through the registered account.
• Transactions made in the name of a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

3.2 — Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals may only be made via the same method used for the deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until any active bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

3.3 — Currency & Conversion

All transactions on the bde9 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions involving foreign currency, bde9's applicable conversion rate will apply and additional fees may be charged.

3.4 — Suspicious Financial Activity

In cases of suspected money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity, bde9 reserves the right to suspend transactions, notify the relevant authorities, and investigate the account.

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. The bonus amount is subject to a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example — a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳25,000 in total bets.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be used only once.
• Sharing or transferring a bonus to another user is prohibited.
• Bonus winnings may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• bde9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any related winnings will be voided.

4.3 — VIP Program

bde9 has four VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier. Bronze members receive up to 0.4% cashback, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1%, and Platinum 1.5% per week. Advancement to a higher tier depends on consistent and active participation on the platform. VIP benefits and cashback terms are subject to change.

5.1 — General Betting Rules

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets affected by a technical error or system failure may be considered void.
• bde9 reserves the right to set maximum betting limits, which may change at any time.
• Betting limits may vary for specific markets or events.

5.2 — Sports Betting

The sports betting section allows bets on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. For example, bets can be placed across various markets for a match like Bangladesh vs India. However, bde9 does not provide actual match results, timing, or scores — please verify those independently. bde9 will settle bets according to applicable rules in the event of a postponed or abandoned event.

5.3 — Game Fairness

bde9 is a fair play platform. All games are operated using software from licensed game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, and Spribe). Any fraudulent activity, use of automated software, or bots is strictly prohibited, and any account found engaging in such behavior will be closed immediately.

5.4 — Technical Failures

bde9 is not liable for any loss caused by internet disconnection or device issues. If a platform-side technical problem occurs during a game or betting session, bde9 reserves the right to void or review that session at its own discretion.

If any part of these Terms becomes legally unacceptable or unenforceable for any reason, only that specific part will be removed and the remaining Terms will continue to apply in full.
